ON-SITE Crane & Heavy Equipment Rentals, LLC operates this website and rents cranes and heavy equipment in Phoenix, Arizona. Our yard is at 21815 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85024, and you can reach us at 520-224-1551 or [email protected].
This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and who else sees it. It covers this website only. It does not cover a rental agreement you sign with us, which is a separate document.
When you request a quote or book a call, we ask for as little as we can:
Our quote form saves your name and number as soon as you enter them, before you finish the rest of the form. We do that so we can still call you back if you get interrupted. If you would rather we did not, call us instead and nothing is stored by the website at all.
The advertising identifiers are how we tell which ad produced an inquiry. We use them to measure and pay for advertising, not to build a profile of you.
We only text people who gave us their number and asked us to get back to them. There are three ways that happens, and all three say so at the point where you enter your number:
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of renting equipment from us, and no box is pre-checked on our behalf. If you would rather we did not text you at all, tell us and we will note it on your record.
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you about your request, including by automated means. Our messages are about the equipment you asked about: quotes, scheduling, delivery and pickup, and anything we need to confirm about the job.
Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling you back about a rental you asked about, and it does not affect your ability to rent from us.
We store the source of your visit in your browser's local storage so that a quote you request later is still credited to the ad, search or link that first brought you here. It stays on your device and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
When advertising measurement is enabled on this site, Google and Meta also set cookies through their own tags. You can control those through your browser settings and through each company's own advertising controls.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run this website and our customer records for us:
ON-SITE Crane & Heavy Equipment Rentals, LLC maintains strict privacy policies, ensuring that personal information and mobile information of our users and members is not sold, shared, rented, released or traded to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. The companies listed above are service providers that process information only to provide their service to us, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, in response to lawful process, or to protect our rights, our people or our equipment.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising measurement described below.
We keep inquiry records for as long as we have a business reason to, which for a rental customer means as long as you rent from us plus the period our records and insurance obligations require. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Call 520-224-1551 or email [email protected] and we will handle it. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor those requests from anyone who asks, whether or not a particular law applies to us.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and inquiries are transmitted to our customer records system over encrypted connections. Access to those records is limited to the people who need it to quote and run a rental, and it is protected by individual accounts rather than a shared login. Our systems of record are operated by established providers who maintain their own security programs.
No website or company can promise perfect security, and we do not. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
This is a business to business equipment rental site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
