Operated crane service means the crane arrives with a certified operator and rigging on one contract, and ON-SITE is responsible for the lift. Bare rental means we deliver the machine and your crew runs it. Cranes go out operated; earthmoving goes out bare.

Can one company supply the crane, the operator and the trucking?

Yes. The cranes, the earthmoving equipment and the haul fleet all belong to ON-SITE and sit at the same yard, so the lift, the machine and the delivery come from one number and land on one invoice rather than three subcontractors you coordinate.

Do you handle emergency crane replacement?

Yes. When a crane goes down mid-pour, mid-set or mid-schedule, a replacement from the available fleet moves to the front of the queue. Dispatch runs Monday to Saturday from 4:30am, with emergency crane response available outside those hours.

How do you price a job?

Every job is quoted rather than priced off a published rate card, because the same crane prices very differently across two jobs. The variables are the scope, machine class, hours on the clock, mobilization distance from the yard, rigging and crew, site conditions and permits.

Do you work outside metro Phoenix?

Yes. Most work is metro Phoenix, where mobilization is short and we can often go same day. We run statewide across Arizona for larger jobs, and mobilize into Nevada, California, Utah, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and New Mexico when a project justifies the move.

Do you deliver, or do I arrange the hauling?

We deliver. The haul fleet is ours, parked at the same yard as the machines, which means delivery is something we schedule rather than something we subcontract and then chase. It also means we can move your equipment, not only ours, on the same heavy haul trucking and lowboy hauling service.

What the job actually is

A four-hour rooftop set and a three-week structural erection are different products, not the same product for longer.

Machine class

Capacity is the single biggest driver. Right-sizing matters: an oversized crane costs more and mobilizes slower.

Time on the clock

Operated work bills portal to portal against an hourly minimum, so travel from the yard counts. Bare rents by the day, week or month.

Mobilization distance

Everything is quoted from 21815 N 16th St, so the closer the job, the cheaper the move. Larger classes add a support truck and lowboy.

Rigging and crew

Blocks, spreader bars, slings and mats as the pick needs them, plus a rigger or signal person when the lift calls for one.

Site conditions and permits

Ground bearing, access, and any street or lane closure add coordination that belongs on the quote rather than on the invoice as a surprise.

Most of our work is metro Phoenix, where mobilization is short and we can often go same day: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Cave Creek, Anthem and Deer Valley.

For larger jobs we run statewide across Arizona, and we mobilize into neighboring states when a project justifies the move. Mobilization is quoted from the yard, so the distance is visible on your quote rather than buried inside the rate.
