This website is operated by ON-SITE Crane & Heavy Equipment Rentals, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company with its yard at 21815 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85024. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site describes our equipment and services and lets you ask us for a quote or book a call. It is an information and inquiry site. You cannot reserve equipment, sign a rental or pay for anything on it.
We do not publish rates on this site. A quote we give you in response to an inquiry is an estimate based on what you tell us about the job, and it is not an offer to contract. Equipment is quoted subject to availability at the time you book it, and a quote does not hold a machine.
Nothing on this site, and no quote, becomes binding until both of us sign a rental agreement.
These terms do not govern a rental. Every rental is governed by the separate rental agreement you sign with us, together with any certificate of insurance and other documents it requires. That agreement is what sets out billing, insurance, liability, damage, delivery and everything else about the equipment itself. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Photographs on this site are manufacturer images of the make and model described. They are not photographs of the specific unit that will arrive at your job, and finish, configuration and attachments vary between units. Where we do not publish a specification, it is because we have not verified it, and you should ask us rather than assume it.
Confirm the capacity, reach and configuration you need with us before you rely on a machine for a lift or a schedule. Load charts and lift planning are done for your specific job, not from a web page.
Where we offer to beat a competitor's rate, it applies to a current invoice for equivalent equipment, and we need to see that invoice to verify it. We reserve the right to decline where the equipment is not equivalent or the invoice cannot be verified.
These terms apply to the text messages we send about a quote, a booking or a rental.
When you give us your phone number through this website, by booking a call, or by asking us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from ON-SITE Crane & Heavy Equipment Rentals, LLC about the equipment you asked about. That includes quotes, scheduling, delivery and pickup coordination, and questions we need answered about the job. Messages may be sent by automated means. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting anything from us.
Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and your rental. Most people receive only a handful of messages about a single job.
Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us, and they depend on your own plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also tell us on the phone and we will note it.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message arrives, or arrives on time, and you should call us if something is time critical.
Messaging is supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.
How we handle your information, including how we never sell or share mobile information, is set out in our privacy policy.
By giving us your number you also agree that we may call you about your request, including by automated means, and that we may email you if you gave us an address. Tell us to stop and we will.
The text, layout, logos and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use in evaluating a rental. You may not copy the site or its content for a competing commercial purpose.
This site links to and embeds services run by other companies, including our scheduling calendar. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always reachable, and we do not warrant that any equipment described is available at any particular time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ON-SITE Crane & Heavy Equipment Rentals, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits or delay. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits or changes the terms of a signed rental agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top.
