ON-SITE runs a 2008 Kenworth T800 dump truck out of its yard at 21815 N 16th St in Phoenix for hauling spoil off a job and bringing material onto it. It is quoted alongside the excavator or loader doing the digging, so the dig and the haul-off sit on one sheet instead of two vendors.
A name and a number is all it takes. We call back with the quote, usually same day.

Two things, and most jobs need both. Material leaves: spoil from the excavation, demolition debris, millings, unsuitable soil. Material arrives: base course, aggregate, sand, fill and topsoil. Whichever direction it runs, the truck is what keeps the machine on site working instead of waiting.
That is the part contractors underestimate. An excavator with nowhere to put the dirt stops. A loader with nothing to load stops. Pairing the truck with the digging machine from the same yard means the cycle is planned as one job rather than two bookings that have to line up by luck.
Because we run our own heavy-haul fleet as well, the same conversation can cover getting your equipment to and from the site. It is one call, one schedule and one invoice.
What we can confirm about the truck in our yard. Body capacity and legal payload come with the quote, because payload depends on the material and the axle configuration.
| Spec | Detail | What it means for your job |
|---|---|---|
| Make and model | Kenworth T800 | A standard heavy vocational chassis for construction dump work |
| Model year | 2008 | The year of the truck in our yard |
| Vehicle type | Dump truck | For spoil haul-off and material delivery on and off the job |
| Units in fleet | 1 | Quoted and dispatched from the yard on 16th Street |
| Also available | Belly dump and transfer set | Part of the same haul fleet when the job needs more capacity |
| Payload and capacity | With quote | Depends on material density and legal axle limits, so we confirm it for your load |
If the job is bigger than one truck, say so. The haul fleet also runs a belly dump and transfer set, tri-axle tractors, lowboys to 75 ton and a 53 ft flatbed, and we quote whatever combination the job actually needs.
We publish only what we can stand behind. Boom and jib lengths, dimensions, weights and the load chart come with the quote, off the sheet for the actual unit in our yard rather than a number copied from a spec site for a different build of the same model.
10%
Whatever you are paying for equivalent dump truck work today, we go 10% under it going forward. Not an introductory rate that quietly resets after the first job. Send the invoice, or just describe the work and we will quote it against the market and apply the discount anyway.
There is no rate card on this page on purpose. Every job gets quoted for what it actually is.

Anyone whose machine is going to fill something up or empty something out.
Excavation contractors
Spoil haul-off so the dig never stops waiting for a truck.
Demolition crews
Debris load-out on a schedule that keeps the machine working.
Grading and paving
Import of base course, aggregate and fill.
Landscape contractors
Bulk soil, rock and material delivered and old material taken away.
Utility crews
Bedding material in, unsuitable spoil out, on the same day.
Anyone already renting our iron
The truck is quoted on the same sheet as the machine, not through a second vendor.
Bare means you run it. It does not mean you are on your own for everything around it.
Delivered and picked up
On our own lowboys and flatbeds, so the haul is not a third company to chase.
COI verified before release
Your certificate is checked on our side before the machine leaves the yard.
Photo walk-around
Condition recorded at both ends, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Day, week or month
Priced for the length you actually need rather than forced into a longer term.
Attachments quoted with it
Buckets, forks and support gear come off the same lot on the same quote.
Cranes from the same yard
If the job also needs a lift, it is one number and one invoice, not two vendors.
The dig and the haul are one problem. They are usually booked as two.
One schedule
The truck and the machine are dispatched by the same people from the same lot, so the cycle is planned rather than hoped for.
One invoice
Equipment, haul and trucking on one bill instead of three vendors to reconcile at month end.
One phone number
When the schedule moves, and it will, you make one call.
We own the fleet
Tractors, lowboys, flatbed, belly dump and transfer set are all ours. Availability is a fact we can check.
Dispatch starts at 4:30am
Six days a week, because material moves before business hours on most jobs.
No fuel surcharge
What is on the quote is what is on the invoice.
Bare rentals go by the day, the week or the month, priced for the length you actually need rather than pushed into a longer term. Delivery and pick-up are quoted from the yard as their own line, so you can see the haul separately from the machine.
Your certificate of insurance is verified before the machine is released, every time. We record a photo walk-around at drop and at pick-up so condition is documented on both ends and damage never turns into an argument at the end of the rental.
If you would rather have the truck with a driver as a hauling service rather than as a rental, that is a normal request and we quote it that way.
Quoted per job. Trucking prices around cycles, not around the machine.
Cycle distance
How far it is between the job and the dump or the pit is the single biggest factor.
Number of loads
Total volume decides how many round trips the job takes.
Material type
Density decides how much of the body you can legally fill, which changes loads per yard.
Site access and turnaround
How quickly a truck can get in, load and get out affects the whole cycle.
Disposal or supply site
Tipping and material sources are their own arrangement and belong on the quote.
Time of day
Early starts avoid traffic and lift cycle counts. We dispatch from 4:30am.

Beat my rateThe yard is at 21815 N 16th St in north Phoenix. The move is quoted from there, so the closer the job sits to the North Valley, the shorter and cheaper the haul.
Metro Phoenix is the normal working radius for dump work, because cycle time drives the economics. For heavy haul and equipment moves we run statewide across Arizona and beyond.
Metro cities we run to most
Tri-axle tractors, lowboys to 75 ton, a removable-gooseneck expandable lowboy and a 53 ft flatbed all sit on the same lot as the machine. That means the delivery date is ours to commit to instead of a call we have to make on your behalf, and it is one invoice at the end.
