A mini excavator earns its place on access, not on production. It fits through a side gate, works between finished landscaping, tracks across a lawn without destroying it, and digs in places where bringing a 25-ton machine would cost more in repair work than the dig is worth.
Typical work: irrigation and small utility trench, footings for walls and posts, pool and spa excavation on tight lots, drainage, stump and root removal, demolition of small slabs, and any dig inside an existing property where the surrounding finish matters.
It is not the machine for volume. If you are moving real dirt or feeding trucks, the 25-ton or 35-ton excavator will finish sooner and cost less in total hours even after the bigger delivery. We would rather tell you that up front than watch a small machine grind through a big job.

If access is the whole reason you are renting a mini, tell us the narrowest point the machine has to pass. We would rather check the dimension before delivery than have a truck sitting outside a gate that is two inches too narrow.
We publish only what we can stand behind. Boom and jib lengths, dimensions, weights and the load chart come with the quote, off the sheet for the actual unit in our yard rather than a number copied from a spec site for a different build of the same model.

Whatever you are paying for an equivalent mini excavator today, we go 10% under it going forward. Not an introductory rate that quietly resets after the first job. Send the invoice, or just describe the work and we will quote it against the market and apply the discount anyway.
There is no rate card on this page on purpose. Every job gets quoted for what it actually is.

Bare rentals go by the day, the week or the month, priced for the length you actually need rather than pushed into a longer term. Delivery and pick-up are quoted from the yard as their own line, so you can see the haul separately from the machine.
Your certificate of insurance is verified before the machine is released, every time. We record a photo walk-around at drop and at pick-up so condition is documented on both ends and damage never turns into an argument at the end of the rental.
Quoted per job. On a small machine, the transport and the duration usually matter more than anything else.

Day, week and month price differently. Most mini jobs are days, so be realistic about how many.

Tri-axle tractors, lowboys to 75 ton, a removable-gooseneck expandable lowboy and a 53 ft flatbed all sit on the same lot as the machine. That means the delivery date is ours to commit to instead of a call we have to make on your behalf, and it is one invoice at the end.
